  1. I like that you can read several authors in one place. Usually I recognize at least one of the authors & this allows me to meet new ones! Awesome!

  2. This looks like a great collection of novellas and fabulous authors.
There are times when I don't have a large block of time to sit and read a full length novel. A novella is perfect for those times I only have a few minutes to enjoy a book.
    Blessings, Tina

  6. When i read a novella I'm looking for a sweet story that doesn't have an intricate plot but it character driven and demonstrates the qualities of the characters through their actions and words rather than telling about them in the narrative. Romance and a happy ending are a must ;)

    1. Good point! If they are sloppy it doesn't matter if they are shorter and have a HEA in them.

  9. I like that novellas are concise and I can enjoy meeting new characters and see an authors writing style in a smaller reading setting. It also helps me to remember story lines better.

  20. I like getting a quick story and an introduction to a writer I'm not familiar with. I also like when writers use a novella to introduce a book series so you get a little more insight into the characters before getting involved in complicated plots.

    1. I like that too to get a novella to introduce a new series, just as long as they don't overlap the story into the first novel.
