ReplyDeleteNOELA, when I look back over my blessings that GOD has provided through my life, the gift of finding that little sister I always wanted was one of the best! I have to lol because the Lord KNOWS how much I love a good laugh, so He put you in the "land down under"!! One day Sissy I am believing we will get to meet in person, but I'm not sure Australia is ready for that quite yet!! :-)

ReplyDeleteI am so happy I got to know Teresa through FB. I love her piano playing so much. So much, in fact, when I heard her playing 'Nothing's Too Big For God', I got the soundtrack and sang it at church! It would have been super if we could have sang it together. She's a pentecostal girl like me! Happy Birthday, Teresa!

Who knows maybe one day the boys and I will head up that way to visit both of my friends in VA, you and CARRIE! JOSHUA is a lot more conservative than his crazy mom and brother, so he might be hiding at another table!! :-)
Thank you for the sweet birthday wishes! The LORD has been very good to me these past couple years despite all I've gone through. I was telling someone today that you have to walk through a lot of valleys before reaching the mountain tops. I have never one time thought I was going through this alone. HE is always letting me know how much HE loves me and is holding me close to HIS heart!
As for the singing, YES, YES, YES, I love to sing to my LORD! One of my very favorite verses in the Bible is Zephaniah 3:17 "The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing." WOW!! When I found that, this ole Pentecostal girl (wink-wink) wanted to laugh and cry at the same time!! GOD loves ME enough to SING OVER ME??!! All I could picture was as a little girl climbing up in my daddy's lap and hearing him sing to me "You Are My Sunshine". What an amazing "DADDY-FATHER-GOD" we serve!!
