I LOVE online parties! How about this lineup? I will be kicking us off at 6 pm.

MaryluTyndall 9:00

Carrie Turanasky's Grand Prize is fabulous - tea cups, a beautiful tablecloth, and tea and goodies!

MaryLu is giving away a lovely ruby necklace. There will be copies of books and other things such as an adorable children's tea set during Melissa Jaguars' giveaway - so feel free to share the party with your little girls!!!

GIVEAWAY: Guess what, I have a secret giveaway that is ONLY for OWG BLOG FOLLOWERS who comment on this post and come to the party - a necklace and earring set like the one I'm giving away at the Tea Party! Answer this question: IF you've read The Lumberjacks' Ball give a HINT about what teacups and tea parties have to do with the book (NO SPOILERS though please!!!) IF you have NOT read the book yet, what is your guess as to the connection?

  3. I haven't read it yet. I have bought it for my Kindle app already though. I'm going to guess that the hero gives the heroine a tea set which prompts her to have a tea party.

I love the looks of your teapot earrings and would love to win a pair. Thanks for the chance.

BTW - What is the time zone you are listing the time slots for?

    1. Cute guess! He's a lumberjack who is a master craftsman. If he gave her a teapot it might be a hand carved one lol! Will enter you, Debbie!

  4. Thanks for this post, Carrie, and thanks to you and the other gifted authors for this delightful tea party. Some of my very fave people, books, and treats - can't wait!! The post is beautiful and the giveaways are too. I have such an affinity for tea- let's just say that I think more than one character in "The Lumberjacks' Ball" does also.

    Shared post.

  6. I have a picture in mind of a huge lumberjack holding a teacup gingerly, a thank you from the heroine for an heroic deed? What a lovely idea to invite us all to an online tea party, Carrie!

  7. He meets a classy lady, with pinky up and knows he has to have her? Or... his momma raised him as a gentleman, having tea everyday?

    1. Yeah, they did not have tea every day in the lumber camp--more like sludge coffee!

  8. Tea and romance go hand-in-hand. I think reading The Lumbarjack's Ball could be part of that also.
I can't wait until tomorrow night!

  9. I haven't read The Lumberjack's Ball but I'm guess perhaps there was a small tea party to plan the ball.
This online party looks really fun; I plan to attend.

  12. Oh my! I have had so much trouble with my comments disappearing lately before I submit. Afraid my computer is going to just crash. Then I will be so lost. How neat to get to party with so many special and beautiful ladies. I know we will really have an enjoyable time. So happy for each of you on your release of a new book. Now I just pray that nothing will keep me from being here. I have missed several lately and that made me sad. I read this great book, but not sure what I can say without it being a spoiler. I'm not so good at this. So my hint would be that Rebecca's love of tea cups could maybe cause a problem. Or not! Can't wait till party time. (((Hugs))) Maxie > mac262(at)me(dot)com <
